Closure order 44 Rookery Park, Pensnett, DY5 4LX

Officers from Brierley Hill team 3 with support from Dudley council ASB team have managed to obtain a 3 month closure order at 44 Rookery Park, Pensnett, DY5 4LX. 

Officers had for many month's evidenced ASB from the address and immediate vicinity, which was causing a detrimental impact on local residents and the wider area.

The order is a full closure order in place until 13th August 2026 at 2359hrs and has been issued by Wolverhampton Magistrates court. 

Anyone found at the address can face being arrested.
